Our Church         

 The name "Berean" comes from Acts 17:11, "Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the

 Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures

 every day to see if what Paul said was true.

        *We desire "noble character"

        *We receive the message with great eagerness"

        *We examine the Scriptures every day"

        *We want to know the truth"

Our Mission:

    "Developing disciples through evangelism, edification, expression, 

        encouragement and envisionment." Col. 1:28-29.

    Evangelism - Matthew 28:18-20

        Pollster George Gallup, Jr. said that one of the seven needs of the average American is "to believe

        life is meaningful and has purpose." We're seeking to share with others the good news of Jesus Christ.

    Edification - Ephesians 4:12-16

        Bible learning where listeners experience God, God's Word is better understood, and relevancy

        of God's Word for "today's living" is communicated.

   Expression - I Peter 4:10-11

        Discovering, developing, discipling and using one's abilities in a community of 

        believers for spiritual growth.

    Encouragement - I Thessalonians 5:11

        Seeking to help one another in every situation in life -- gladness and sadness.

    Envisionment - Proverbs 29:18
